Independence First

All hosting plans reviewed on NgeHost.site are purchased anonymously at standard retail pricing. Providers are not notified before testing and cannot influence test conditions.

Our Testing Protocol

• Speed (40% of score): TTFB measured from Frankfurt and New York; 7-day averages via WebPageTest and GTmetrix.
• Uptime (30% of score): HTTP checks every 60 seconds for 30+ days via independent monitoring.
• Support (20% of score): Scripted pre-sales and technical trials across chat and tickets.
• Value (10% of score): Total cost of ownership including renewal pricing, not intro offers.

Directory Data

Directory profiles (headquarters, founding year, plan specifications) are compiled from provider documentation and verified where possible. Community review counts are periodically sampled from public platforms for context.

Updates & Corrections

Reviews are re-tested at least annually or when a provider materially changes its platform. Corrections to published data are made promptly with a visible update date. Report errors via our contact form.

Separation of Business & Editorial

Affiliate partnerships are managed separately from editorial. No provider sees a review before publication, and no payment — affiliate or otherwise — purchases a score, a placement, or the removal of criticism.
